Mars:n a press conference today, NASA announced discoveries that provide additional information on seasonal water flows on Mars. Using the data collected by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, MRO team presents the images of dark lines that form on slopes fade into the Martian spring / summer and winter.
Scientists call salt water the most likely cause of the Martian surface shows dark bands during the warm seasons. "Finger-like functions" appear on the site during the Martian spring, according to researchers.
