DJIA

DJIA:NEW YORK (Dow Jones) - U.S. stocks fell sharply and gold rose in volatile trade on Monday morning, as investors fled risky assets in the first activity since Standard & Poor's downgraded the government's credit rating late Friday.
The Exchange has today a clothes dryer, with the Dow falling more than 500 points. The jobs outlook is bleak.
