Kevin Durant

Kevin Durant :Start your day with wonder at the deadly 3-point shooting ability of Kevin Durant. The OKC Stars fall 66 points in his debut Rucker Park in Harlem last night. I watched the video three times in a row with the sound jacked way up and it made me want to go play pick-up ball. Durant is pulling up 5-6 feet behind the 3-point line and stroked it as if it were a mid-range jumper. Maybe it's just the way he plays this summer, but Durant, he sees a Mean Streak is developed on the playing field. It is interesting that he is angry as LeBron always soft and passive. I think Durant would be the best player in the league next year (if there is a season).
Where does Kevin Durant to go in the off season? One thing is certain, there is not some R / R time at Disney World. After a brief meet and greet tour in China on behalf of Nike basketball, the NBA scoring champion took the opportunity to play at Rucker Park in Harlem Monday night. In part to fulfill his lifelong dream, Durant join a list of superstars - Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Julius Erving and Kobe Bryant, all participated in pickup games on the hallowed ground of street ball. No, but broke Durant's performance with a score of 66 points in his home city of streetball team from DC power lead 8 points shy of Rucker Park record 74 points from the playground legend Joe "The Destroyer" Hammond. Expect video loop reel this week on ESPN Sports Center highlight of the week and once again proves why the shooting guard of the Oklahoma City Thunder's players in the NBA next season to be seen.
